Please read these "Mobile Application Terms of Use" carefully before using the Bi-Başka mobile application.

1. PARTIES
   This agreement is between Bi-Başka (hereinafter referred to as "Bi-Başka") and the MEMBER, who accepts all the terms of this agreement and related policies by registering on the website or mobile application at zade.com. The MEMBER agrees to all terms herein.

2. SUBJECT AND PURPOSE
   This agreement outlines the fundamental rules for using the Bi-Başka application and supplements other policies including the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and KVKK. In case of any conflict, this Membership Agreement prevails. The application is for personal and entertainment purposes only and may not be used for marriage counseling or matchmaking services.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

* Members must be at least 18 years old and mentally competent.
* Membership requires truthful and up-to-date information.
* Cancelling a membership does not cancel electronic message approvals.
* Bi-Başka reserves the right to change prices, services, and products.
* Bi-Başka allows service access except during technical failures.
* Members are fully responsible for their actions and interactions.
* Bi-Başka is not responsible for member behavior or disputes.
* Immoral or illegal use of the platform is strictly prohibited.
* Members must act cautiously when meeting others.
* Bi-Başka will only share personal data with competent authorities.
* Members must protect account credentials and not use bots or reverse-engineer the app.
* Members may not post offensive, illegal, or infringing content.
* Members’ conduct may result in account suspension or legal action.
* Content such as pornography, impersonation, or harassment is banned.
* Bi-Başka retains ownership of all intellectual property on the platform.
* Members waive refund rights on privileged services once used.
* Bi-Başka may investigate suspicious or false information and suspend accounts.
* Members must use real photos, respect others’ privacy, and refrain from creating fake accounts.
* Misuse may lead to legal and financial liabilities.
* Members may not advertise or conduct commercial services.
* VIP Memberships cost 950 Bi-Başka Tokens.

4. CONTRACT CHANGES
   Bi-Başka may modify this agreement at any time. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance.

5. FORCE MAJEURE
   Events beyond Bi-Başka’s control (e.g., natural disasters, wars, strikes, cyber-attacks) exempt Bi-Başka from its obligations without liability.

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS

* Bi-Başka’s digital records are valid evidence in disputes.
* Communication will be through the contact information provided by the Member.
* If one provision is invalid, the rest remains effective.
* Rights and obligations under the contract cannot be transferred.

7. TERMINATION
   Bi-Başka may terminate a member’s account at any time without cause. Members have no right to object.

8. ENFORCEMENT
   Registration constitutes full acceptance of this agreement. It becomes effective upon membership.

PRIVACY POLICY
Data collected includes name, DOB, gender, email, photos, usage habits, contact details, and information from cookies or third parties. Users have rights to access, update, or request deletion of their data under KVKK. Bi-Başka will not disclose this data to third parties except with legal obligations. Bi-Başka may use aggregated data for marketing, demographic, or promotional analysis.

NON-WARRANTY
All services are provided "as-is" without guarantees of fitness or merchantability.

REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
Members must provide accurate information and are responsible for account security.

INTEGRITY AND MODIFICATION
If a term is invalid, the rest of the agreement stands. Bi-Başka can modify terms and services at any time.

NOTIFICATIONS
All notices will be sent to the email addresses provided. Members must update their contact info and are responsible for monitoring changes.
